If you never like tempeh before, wait till you try this!
Tempeh milk can be a subsiture for soy milk, whether plain or sweetened as a healthy beverages or salted for cooking as sauce or gravy.
Use very fresh tempeh to make this recipe and you will enjoy the big surprise.
Here is the basic recipe we made these few days. However, it is versatile recipe, you may add your favourite fruits and vegetables or seeds, nuts , sprouts or whatever you have in fridge. To jest up the taste, you may add some honey.Tempeh milk recipe: Makes 2 cups
- 1 pc freshly made tempeh
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pc fresh fruits (any)
- 1.5 cup water or almond milk (any plant based milk)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. About 1 min.
We encourage DIY tempeh at home. However, you may pre-order assorted bean tempeh here too!
