My Essential Pillar For A Healthy & Happy Lifestyle

Moving towards year 2020, it can be exciting time and fill up with promise of new beginnings and fresh start. Surely, it is also an opportunity for many of us to recommit to good health. So do I!

Although the population are getting more health conscious apparently, some studies and research reveals that people find difficult to be healthy in modern living. If healthy diet and lifestyle is of utmost importance, why is so hard to achieve? What are we missing here? 

Be healthy isn't just based on one thing, and it doesn't require perfection. What does help is an understanding of the small positive action can make a difference

One thing, we totally agree: your life goal is not your habit . To make changing or transformation, it has to build a small and sustainable habits, not a long list of fabulous goal!  

I  like to share my essential 4 pillars which I believe is the key to unlocking a healthy and happy lifestyle.  These so-called pillars of goodness keep our body functioning, they also do wonder to emotional well-being, and build the relationship with family and community.

To achieve the above, we can do some activities we enjoy to engage, bit by bit and regularly. Activities such as gardening, cooking, sewing, servicing and volunteering, learning, and etc. could be one of the choice.
